Proposals should clearly describe the topic and explain why it cannot be covered appropriately in regular sessions. Additionally, the intended format for the session should be clearly indicated (panel, posters, etc.).

Papers for approved Special Sessions should be submitted following the same schedule and procedure as regular papers; the papers will undergo the same review process by anonymous and independent reviewers. Special session organizers will be associated to reviewer assignment and to the final decisions. Proposals are evaluated by the Organizing Committee based on relevance and significance of the topic.

Prospective organizers are invited to submit a proposal via email to the Special Session Chair, Dr. Tomi H. Kinnunen, at email, before December 31, 2013. Notification of pre-selection is scheduled for mid of January, 2014; final acceptance after reviews on June 2014.
